Individual Therapy

Present mental health symptoms and feelings of dissatisfaction with life and/or relationships often lead us to therapy. I listen to what is said and not said to identify old wounds, unmet needs, and self-sabotaging beliefs, patterns, and habits. The realization of choice in our beliefs, feelings, and actions lead to mastery of self and a sense of freedom. I am experienced in working with the full spectrum of mental health, from severe mental health symptoms to problematic personal and spiritual issues.
